The special feature on Conceptual, Methodological, Practical, and Ethical Challenges in Studying and Applying Indigenous Knowledge has been published in Ecology and Society. The special feature came forth out of invited session Knowledge Boundaries: Conceptual and methodological challenges in studying indigenous knowledge at American Anthropological Association Annual Meeting in San Francisco, November 2012. Together with guest editors Courtney Carrothers and Rebecca Zarger, we organized the special feature and wrote a short introduction.
