This semester, Kelly and Chris defended their dissertations and become Dr. Yotebieng and Dr. Brown. Kelly's dissertation is titled The capacity to aspire among Rwandan urban refugee women in Yaoundé, Cameroon and Chris' dissertation is titled The Cultural Logic of Strangerhood: Subjectivity, Migration and Belonging among Ghana’s Zongo Community.
