Chelsea Hunter awarded an NSF DDRIG grant
Doctoral candidate Chelsea Hunter has been awarded a Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grant from the National Science Foundation to support her dissertation research. Chelsea's research examines how collaborative resource management projects impact Indigenous sovereignty in land and sea environments in the South Pacific. This project will help advance our understandings of how collaborative governance can meet its goal of Indigenous empowerment, with findings relevant to researchers, policy makers, and other stakeholders working on collaborative resource management projects.
