We published a new chapter in an edited volume Global Perspectives on Long Term Community Resource Management, edited by Ludomir Lozny and Thomas McGovern. It is titled Open Access, Open Systems: Pastoral Resource Management in the Chad Basin and it is an updated version of our 2013 paper in Human Ecology.
