5650 Students' eating behavior on campus

Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in 5650 Research Design and Ethnographic Methods presented the findings from our collaborative course project on students' eating behavior on campus to an audience that consisted of staff, students, and faculty from the Food Innovation Center (FIC), Campus Dining Services, and the Experimental Writing Class taught by Candace Stout.
